The last of the UK orders (that were held back for VAT clearing) have processed in our warehouse to be dispatched by the end of the day, today
That means, as of tonight (LA time) every single order that has a completed survey will have shipped, including all UK orders.
123 of you are yet to complete your survey, or you have two surveys (one for your preorder and one for your pledge). We've emailed you a remind today. Check your inbox & junk folder for EVERY email address you own to ensure you're not missing anything from Ellusionist, Backerkit or Kickstarter.

INCREDIBLE First Response... People are starting to get their Queen Bees

We've started to see customers opening their Queen Bee Kickstarter packages and we're happy to see that so many of you, are as in love as we are.
What you need to know:
- Currently, we've shipped 1,414 packages to backers.
- We are in the process of packing and shipping another 182 orders asap (they'll be with you soon)
- 4 of you have 'declined credit cards' and should have an email with instructions on how to rectify this.
- Finally, there are 144 (it was 145 but Andrei just got his done) customers who still haven't completed their surveys. If you don't know how you can follow this link: https://queenbees.backerkit.com/ to claim your survey and complete it. We'll take care of the rest.

Shipping Progress... Where we're at so far

First off, we want to thank you all for your patience in this process.
Out of a possible 1570 orders that we can ship, we're officially sitting at 734 confirmed shipped and another 150 that are being packed to go out today.
We are working through these orders in the safest (covid) and fastest way possible, making sure none of your pre-orders are missing (because Kickstarter and Backerkit can get confusing).
UK customers need to know something. Since the Kickstarter was announced and charged, the UK has introduced mandatory VAT charges, due to Brexit.
These orders are being held in our warehouse and will ship last because we have to confirm specific customs declarations forms with our courier (in the next few days).
To maximize efficiency we're concentrating on other countries until we can confirm the correct forms are in place for safe (and legal) arrival to your door. We just wanted to keep you in the loop.
We will post another update next week, but a lot of US customs should be starting to receive their decks already and over the following week. Let us know on social media what you think. (@Ellusionist)

Hello lovely backers! We just wanted to quickly thank you all for your patience in this project.
All decks are now in-house, packed-up and ready to ship.
We've sent out everyone's surveys and a lot of you have responded to us, so thank you.

Today, all completed surveys will be imported to our warehouse and we'll start the shipping process, with the first dispatch being tomorrow.
